		Bedstraw flower essence is a powerful re-calibration tool that works most effectively while we're sleeping.    For this reason it deserves a place in any bedtime wellness or quantum healing regime.  When I work with this essence, I always sleep a lot more soundly and a lot more firmly incarnated in my body.  If you feel yourself exhausted from astral travel or other dreamtime activities, you may want to combine this essence with Fringed Violet from the Australian Bush repertory.
