and made plans to replace the original SL chamomile remedy.
I always advise my students and relevant phone tutorial-takers to take a
fresh (or first) look at Gurudas' remarks about this essence. Among other
things, Chamomile essence is a great stabilizer for moody difficult people
who are strongly challenged to develop and maintain a core of grounded
energy. Chamomile is also very lovely for people who tend to wake up in
a bad mood that is often connected with difficult dream
messages/dreamtime travel.
Harvest fresh flowers and dry for soothing teas of a simple
or blended nature.
