		This group of flower essences holds certain vibrational affinities for each other.  They also share the commonality of declining any request for photographs within the Sparkling Lotus Garden beds. JOIN Acey's flower medicine discussion group Angelica - The very potent bright-green healing & protection scope of this essence dramatically exceeds the far more limited scope of words.    I advise a close working relationship for all serious teachers and students of earth/psychic studies.  In this capacity many people like bedtime drops in water or rubbed into the skin of the third eye and back of the neck.  Those who want to raise the energetic bar of their home and outside property should grow this plant whenever possible - it may or may not grant permission to make an essence (or have its picture taken) but it will definitely be a reliable guardian and sentry plant.   Harvest first year roots for tincturing.  Second year roots may also be used if they come from plants that were extremely young seedlings in the fall of their first growing season.   Silver King Artemesia - Moon gardeners usually favor this plant for both its silvery leaves and its name linking it to the moon goddess Artemis.  The name also implies a certain quadrant of elevated (king) yang/male influence as well.   When I prepared a mother stock  it immediately started finding its way to many medicine makers in my acquaintance.  Everybody liked hearing the backstory dream I had when I first planted Silver King - in which the plant's spirit asked me to refer to it as Elder's Smoke.  Since then it has become a strong favorite with everyone who feels the call to bring the SKA energy closer to their personal sphere of consciousness. Carnation - One of my personal favorite all purpose KICKASS healing remedies - the carnation healing signature is often compared to obsidian, old fashioned comet cleanser and - in one memorable instance - a rocketship through hell.  The useful point of focus in the latter instance would be the turbo charge this essence contains and its perpetual movement through a difficult landscape.   Physical carnation flowers can also be employed to strong electrical and psychic healing advantage.  Make a paste of almond or olive oil and carnation petals shredded together with an equal amount of fresh basil leaves.  Apply to the skin of the body part which seems most in need of cleansing and energetic illumination.   Work with pink petals for heart/home/love center matters, white for spiritual clarity and red for all level of fumigation, intentional physical healing, and electrical redemption/deliverance. White Cosmos - this essence has a long-established reputation for helping us organize and articulate our thoughts.  Instead of moving our communication efforts through a filter of personal skew/linear ego we move them through the filter of divinity and spiritual ego.   This is an especially good ally for people who know frustration will lead them to deeper communication challenges.  The essence is often beautifully combined with Calendula.  White Cosmos may be most useful for those who have adopted a chaotic lifestyle and need some help finding their way to a more authentic Middle Road in most if not all aspects of their conscious existence. Italian Alkanet - the flower's vibrational signature is a very deep clear blue that resonates very well with most accomplished Seers and diligent divination students.  Many people also enjoy the boost it gives to their artistic eye.  Some of my students favor this remedy when they are taking photography and other art-related classes.   In any "rainbow" combination-essence Power Shake this particular remedy can always be employed with confidence for strong electrical support of a clear blue-indigo healing ray.   Any scrying or visionary/dreaming crystal you Keep might appreciate a slight misting of orange water with a few drops of this essence added to the mister bottle. Lady's Mantle - holds a strong centered earth/green ray healing focus in any combination remedy.  Many people like working with it as a single essence, as well.    Traditionally this has been a healing signature that's most often applied to deep wounding or disconnection from a primary source of nurturance.  This usually relates to our physical mother or some other important female figure who was of primary importance in our childhood.  It can also relate to disconnection from our universal Mother, the earth.   Oftentimes earth healers work with Lady's Mantle on behalf of Our Mother.  They apply the essence in places where She is damaged, neglected or overly exploited. Lavender essence is a wonderful tonic and cleanser.  It also carries the physical plant's properties of lightening & sweetening.  This makes it a valuable space clearing essence as well as an INvaluable personal maintenance & recovery tool.    The most universally applied aspect of the flower's electrical healing signature may be that of the fluid sheath Lavender provides at the outer edges of our auric mantle.   This acts as a prophylactic against most forms of negativity impingement, pollution or energetic vampire drain.   Healers will want to work with this remedy when they are serving an unknown population.  Also good as a bedtime ally for people who want to dream in a bit of a private sanctuary. Pentas - these beautiful star shaped flowers are a strong heart-center remedy and general tonic.   The lavender flowers are often particularly helpful for those who have experienced trauma/dis-illusionment of a spiritual nature.   The bright pink flower remedy is often beloved by naturally effusive children who are passing through difficult periods of unhappiness and their counter-balance of elders who are dismayed by a loss of personal 'sparkle' and emotional warmth.   Irrespective of our personal timeline Pentas flowers help us stabilize our emotional body.   We can then move on to harmonize our efforts with the energy fields of other people, animals, and places. Peruvian Daffodil - I have an unabashed fondness for this essence that has been shared by a number of research participants and my younger students.  "Forget about a flashlight in the dark," declares the irrepressible Nicky Black.  "This is a solid gold chandelier!"   I would personally be inclined to substitute radiantly luminous for solid gold but I like picturing Nicky, however briefly, as some kind of spaced-out heyoka Liberace.  People naturally gravitate to this remedy during the darker periods of the calendar year and the corresponding dark points of personal evolution that may or may not be reflective of a larger time flow.  Strongly recommended.  The vibrational field is very high so I also advise keeping it on an altar or within other warded/sacred space. Oriental Poppy - The Sparkling Lotus essence was made from glowing pale pink flowers.  This tends to create a stronger resonation at the heart center and through the arms.  Red Oriental Poppy tend to resonate from the root and through the legs.  Any oriental poppy essence will be of immeasurable use in developing and maintaining a grounded awareness of personalized energetic integrity.   All poppy flowers hold a powerful connection to dreamtime portals and gateways.  One of my students had a gorgeous-sounding dream about a magic carpet that was made entirely of oriental poppy petals... Peace Rose - Another classic Flower Renaissance uber-healing remedy - this rose essence is most usually associated with courage and the will to triumph over adversity.  In my private lessons, I often compare this essence to the Chariot card in a tarot deck.   All rose essences carry a strong register of illuminated consciousness and increased soft-filtered absorption of divine Source-Light.  Not at all coincidentally, this also gives the same remedies an inherent connection to our central nervous system and its electrical well-being.    Peace Rose is very good for negotiators in tough situations. It will be especially appreciated by All who make a point of maintaining a spiritual groove, come what may. Garden Sage - A classic remedy that grounds, nourishes, and releases toxicity.  These three healing gifts are the hallmark of most Salvia remedies.  Garden Sage might be viewed as the electrical grandparent of all the other flower essences in this family.  The remedy can be especially useful for men and boys who carry a strongly held pattern of energetic and moral integrity - and - similar-patterned females who are new to the monthly bleeding cycle and those who are moving away from that cycle.  Many people associate this flower essence with a channel into deeper earth medicine wisdom and/or the collective consciousness of akashic record(s).  It is often very usefully applied to illuminating our personal/psychic relationship to mystical information that seeks practical application in our daily world. Woodland Tobacco - This is another deeply cherished white flower from the Sparkling Lotus repertory.   The flower's vibrational signature is well-suited to all matters of ceremony.  It's also very adept at helping us fine-tune our conscious awareness of our own sacred nature and its turning points on the karmic wheel.  In difficult or challenging times this remedy can be a bit of a life raft.  In times of abundance and happiness the same flower essence can release us from any petty or grasping attachment to either our season of plenty or the emotional wellspring of joy we're currently experiencing.   Hands-on healers will probably enjoy soaking their hands and feet in soothing herbal infusions that also contain a few drops of this essence.
