Also please note that I’m not advocating my own repertory/product line so much as I’m inviting you to discover how effectively these combinations do their work. It would delight me to think of many others preparing their own versions of these remedies, just as it would delight Our Mother and land spirit guardians. I’m already delighted that the unique illuminations and wisdom of the original Sparkling Lotus beds can be shared with other land spirits and earth angels, as well as other humans. Everyone who worked with these remedies as part of my “pre-flight crash test team” has had exceptionally profound and rewarding experiences. I hope you’ll enjoy working with them enough to feel they’re appropriate to share through your teaching/healing professions. At this time, as we all know, Our Mother gaia needs as much love and light-filled energy re-direction as we can possibly give her. She needs as many pairs of hands and feet as we can find for the duty & privilege of serving her. Everybody receiving these words and the accompanying gifts is already very well aware of that. The first Land Healing formula announced itself to me without preamble. We’re available and optimized, the Gooseberry flowers told me. In the face of massive change we have sustained and absorbed everything the land intelligence system needs in order to maintain a sacred flow of light and a protective energy flow. When I didn’t argue or ignore the point, their counsel grew very concrete. Place us in a bowl with your treasured ruby matrix. We can be distributed at very wide range for the intelligence and comfort we provide to other Beings who are currently in our former situation of adjustment. With this input serving as my guiding foundation, I was given simple formulas for future remedy creation as certain plants came into flower and sunny days were ‘made available’. I’ve know about the combinations of Lady’s Mantle & Cathedral Quartz and Yellow Foxglove & Green Calcite for a few months – without having any idea of how profound and powerful these groupings would become during the actual alchemical process. While I was writing and editing the Handbook, I frequently thought (and felt, very deeply in the heart regions) how much I missed participating in the alchemical process. At one point I got so maudlin I kept thinking of the song from South Pacific that contains a line about having once had a love of one’s own. Self-pity is a truly terrible form of luxury and psychic abandonment but, very near Imbolc, I got pro- active enough to make a formal announcement to my husband. I told him I had to find appropriately removed, pristine garden space so that I could begin preparing essences again. I said if I didn’t, I ran the risk of being like too many others currently at large in the world – teaching-what-I-know well enough but not learning anything new with which to augment my original insights and catalytic trampolines. I had finally gone as far as I could with the living laboratory he’d helped me create here at home. The acknowledgement, and his prompt confirmation of it, had immediate results. You will now go a lot farther the winter land spirits told me. I did not yet realize they meant within the original garden beds and a return to essence preparation. Shortly before I did start to catch on, I had the compelling realization that I would also have access to an indigenous wealth of wild-crafted remedies as well as what I was instinctively planning for the second Sparkling Lotus garden. My cup ran over and has remained that way. Most days I am held steady by the overpowering gratitude and a resulting desire to bring enhanced comfort and healing to Our Mother. Like For Like Gaia is particularly nourished by the ‘fruit of her flesh’ in the form of various gemstone/crystal elixirs. For this reason, I was recently guided to create an emerald elixir. This was prepared the day before the solstice. Since it was made at SL2, there is no need to prohibit human or animal ingestion. Three vibrant chunks of deep green emerald matrix were placed in a bowl of pure spring water. This was set amongst the flower essence bowls I also prepared on that day. It’s hardly a newsflash that emerald elixir has many established properties that are closely tied to the deep green ray of quantum healing. Originally, I was working with an elixir that a local friend prepared, to help me awaken my brand new garden space. Somebody in the flower medicine discussion group subsequently wrote to me about “my” emerald elixir, and other ways it might be employed. That’s how/when I realized I could easily prepare one. I had three beautiful stones very well rested and rejuvenated. Since the elixir was prepared, they have been resting and recharging themselves within SL2’s gaia altar. I have worked with the elixir as an offering to plants giving flowers for the essence bowl as well as a general land blessing. This may be especially nice for plants that have been neglected or placed under strong heat stress. Try also in a mister with some Sweet Orange essential oil for indoor environments that are energetically static. It’s quite good (maybe with some Peppermint essential oil) for high volume/traffic areas that are otherwise depleted of energetic/Green Ray reserves. Gooseberry/Ruby Matrix Gooseberry’s energetic healing purpose relates to replacing the residual static chi of something organic that’s been removed. In place of the energetic void and electrical quagmire, freshly generated vibrancy creates more viable forms of energetic flow. This is why people find Gooseberry so helpful for animals who have been neutered, land that has been depleted, and people with phantom limb pains. Ruby, in any form, has a very strong association with clear and vibrant Life Force energy. The gooseberry healing signature also promotes natural recuperative boundaries. For this reason, some of the early Crash Test GRM recipients have had good results from applying the essence in places that they want to be left undisturbed. For example, the GRM remedy is currently helping a puppy learn where not to dig. Based on this unforeseen application, and its success, I’m going to experiment with using the remedy as part of a truly holistic insect control program. I’ll have ample opportunities to test and refine my efforts since this has become part of my barter agreement for the garden space. Some of the most expressive people who have worked with GRM have related gorgeous visions related to Middle Earth wisdom, or profound psychic clarity concerning awareness of other earth healers and the brilliant green light their efforts create. Three people (unknown to each other) have described these green lights in almost identical terms. While that’s certainly not enough to ‘prove’ anything, it’s undeniably encouraging. Lady’s Mantle/Cathedral Quartz Lady’s Mantle essence is a gorgeous, fully proven earth-healing tool. I often think of Pam Montgomery’s description of taking the flower essence to concentration camp sites as part of her global healing efforts. The flowers who volunteered for the bowl were full of vibrant Solstice energy. It does seem that each of the remedies I prepared on that day have an extra light and “special” feel that we all know in our own ways as part of the sacred Cross Quarter energy. The flowers’ vibrational signature put me in touch with a clairsentient version of the visionary look into other human’s green light zones. I felt an onslaught of human-derived loving commitment to Our Mother. Patricia Kaminski makes the point that Lady’s Mantle helps access the “green heart” that healers need as surely as gardeners need a green thumb. This is certainly a very succinct way of highlighting a viable and readily accessed alliance that’s beneficial to all types of healers and sacred earth keepers. Cathedral quartz helps us access and assimilate the language of light. This language is the basis of all luminosity sciences, including the sun-water-flower equation of alchemical fusion. It was made clear to me as I prepared the essence bowl that all living beings need to learn more about light assimilation, not just humans. The crystal that selected itself is especially lovely. It has three distinct points/planes as well as powerful elestial properties and some generous ‘fairy frostings’ of microscopic crystals. It covers the palm of my hand and spent several weeks singing about its intention to be included in this remedy. While activating the mother stock, I caught sight of myself in the future - wandering around on the hilltop, shaking this remedy onto the land one humble stock-level water bottle at a time. It seems to be an all purpose light/life activator that also returns, to gaia, various levels of regenerative healing dimension. I see this as a very powerful essence of sacred reciprocity – Lady’s Mantle, like Cathedral Quartz, has a long and illustrious history of impelling us to find our own best and most illuminated nature. Thus we’re returning significant aspects of human enlightenment to the ground that sustains us with food as well as a place to all too literally stand. The materials that have made a strong showing as enlightenment tools, over large periods of cultivated time, usually have a very wide humanistic appeal. It makes sense that the full scope of that appeal, in its broadest sense, would move far beyond human experience, need, or desire. We’re needed everywhere. The combined elements of the remedy tell me this every time I touch the bottle. Yellow Foxglove/Green Calcite This combination was prepared on the solstice. Shaking it into full life activation was intensely soothing and restorative. Yellow Foxglove has established itself as a strong agent of relief from intense trauma. It might be noted that certain leaders in the field believe that yellow foxglove buds are of special value to Vietnam war veterans. I see no reason why it would be helpful to such veterans exclusively. Gaia is, perhaps, the most authentically traumatized – and certainly the most long- standing - ‘war veteran’ of all. Green Calcite is a very worthy healing stone. We know that calcite in general has a special affinity for the skeletal system. We might consider application most relevant in parts of our mother’s ‘bone structure’ that seem most barren and un-liberated. This essence might also be very useful for soothing angry displaced land spirits. Calcite helps us elevate fire energy to its natural states of exaltation. Tendencies to burn out OR rust are replaced with patterns of modulated flow and release. Land that hasn’t had any choice but to “sit there and take it” may feel nourished and revitalized by the offering and ongoing application of this essence.
