| Nasturtium flower essence is a classic revitalizer. I've found the essence works even more beautifully when it's combined with a french marigold remedy. The pair compliment each other in a way that's best experienced firsthand. I believe this essence's powerful vitality has a place in many healing and wellness regimes - try adding a few drops of the remedy to restorative teas that include nettle or alfalfa.
