| Plantain flower essence is a wonderfully grounded healing ally. Many of my students and clients love to pair this gem with Comfrey. It's an especially beneficial duet for situations that are strongly focused on quantum healing. Prunella is another very good combination ally for those who are open to working with more than one flower essence at time. In many cases, Plantain is a lovely place to begin essence work - the grounded energy it radiates will quickly dispel any preconceptions about flower remedies and what they 'do' for us. |
