in groups of threes. As I contemplated a large group of the
flowering plants, their medicine spirit encouraged me to think of
all the useful healing triads I had studied or learned in passing.
Apply this remedy as tonic to all systems
When the medicine spirit offered this advice, I asked if
there were also restorative properties that would support
stamina building and rejuvenated life force/immune
system. In response I was advised to return to the same
location to make a remedy from long-gone-wild raspberry
canes. They were all around me but I hadn't noticed
them before the sarsaparilla spirit made a point of
showing me the strength of their life force. Stay tuned...
